Description
A spacious Italian-style villa for up to 10 guests, among the mountains and coffee farms, 10 minutes from Santa Tecla and 40 from Surf City (El Tunco).
The house has three levels, with large living and dining areas and a full kitchen with an island. There are 4 bedrooms (one with a king bed, two with a double bed and one with a bunk bed for children) and 3.5 bathrooms, one of them with a jacuzzi.
Outside there is a garden, covered terraces, a rancho (a covered open-air area) with a grill and outdoor dining, and a fire pit. Inside, air conditioning and an electric fireplace. Free wifi and parking.

Location
In a quiet, cool area among the mountains, near Comasagua and Santa Tecla. By car: 5 minutes to Cioccolato, 15 to Paseo El Carmen and El Mirador de la Giralda, 40 to El Tunco and 1 hour to the airport.
Cancellation policy
Firm: Free cancellation until 30 days before check-in time; between 30 and 7 days before we refund 50% of the nights; with less than 7 days, the nights are not refunded. The cleaning fee and taxes are always refunded if the stay has not started. If you book at least 7 days ahead, you can also cancel for free during the 24 hours after your booking is confirmed.
